The cot bed is easy to assemble and has instruction booklet included. It is easy to change into a cot bed the side rails just un bolt. This is the cot bed with mattress which has protector. It costed me 100 from Babies R Us. It is in very good and clean condition as my baby has new one. I am looking for 75 for both.
